Nurexa Refund and Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email returns@nurexasleep.com. We will provide the return address and return instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage and return labels. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@nurexasleep.com. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We cannot accept returns for custom items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

For exchanges, return the original item first. Once the return is approved and received, you may place a new order.

EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email support@nurexasleep.com.
